Shipping & Returns

For Delivery

Shipping using EMS and DHL for international delivery. Once we ship your package, we will send you tracking number once it available. You can expect delivery time of 5 - 7 working days. But please allow 24-48 hours for arranging the items for you before shipping, and at the same time, there is some delay in the peak time. We will do every effort to make sure you receive the parcel in time but we are not responsible for service transit time. Transit times are provided by the carrier, exclude weekends and holidays.

Note: Due to the Busy Christmas Shopping Season, the delivery time maybe a little bit longer than expected. We hope you can understand it. Please ensure that you leave us correct shipping information, including address, name and phone number. we wouldn't responsible for the mis-shipping if the shipping address is wrong.

For Cancellation

If you need to cancel an order- as long as the order has not yet been shipped, we can cancel the order and 10% cancellation fee will be charged.
Unfortunately, once the order is in the hands of the shipper, there is no going back and you will need to go through the return/refund process once your order arrives. (Special Note: If you really want to- we can re-route the package back to us and charge you the UPS $30 re-routing fee and applicable shipping charges. That is only if the package is in transit and not out for delivery.

For Return

Your satisfaction is what we strive for. We offer a comprehensive return policy to you. Before you want to return goods, first please contact us to discuss the problem you are having. If there are irremediable defects with the goods, you can return them back to us for return or exchange.

Please note us by email or any other contact way before returning, and inform us the reasons of return. We would reply you ASAP. All returns must be postmarked within 15 days of delivery and must be in its original conditions. Buyer is responsible for the shipping charges to return. If for refund, shipping cost will be deducted from refund account, we don't charge restocking fee .Please allow few days for us to proceed the refund after receive your return item.

If customer ask for refund due to their own reasons, such as negligence or later changing the idea and so on, we couldn't accept refund at all. If the item you ordered out of stock and not like any other item for replacement then you will get a full refund. Please send back the returns by secure courier company, we will not be responsible for any lose/custom issue that occurred in the return shipment. And tracking number is also required when you return the parcel. We also need to track the safe of parcel.
